Wir nehmen gemeinsam ein Kältebad (mit Samichlaus-Mütze) in Innenbecken und - wer mag - singt ein Adventslied mit. Anschliessend wärmen wir uns auf, wie sich Samichlaus auch warm macht, wenn er friert.
We jointly take a cold bath in the inner pool of the Badi wearing a santa hat (please bring your own). Then we sing a Christmas song (only if you feel like it) Following we rekindle our inner fire with traditional Santa warm-up exercises.
